1. Installing and configuring Windows 2000/XP/2003 desktops, MS Office Applications and other software packages.

3. Address assigned breakdown notifications from the maintenance control center and escalate issues in a timely manner by prioritizing maintenance based on the priority matrix to ensure retrieval of the grounded fleet in a cost-effective manner.

Team Member – Rtb

1. Always ensure that breakdowns are attended and rectified to the satisfaction of all within minimum downtime and impact to the operations.
2. Ensure that housekeeping in facility and plant equipment*s are in good condition.
3. Help the supervisor and technicians on day-to-day work for AC & Refrigeration unit*s installation, servicing & monitoring.
