  1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the airline lounge to ensure world-class hospitality standards.

  4. Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver seamless, top-tier customer service.

Equipment Operator

  1. All Aircraft towing activities, which includes re-positioning from bay to bay for the comfort of passengers during embarking and disembarking.
  2. Full responsibility for the refuelling of vehicles and equipments.
  3. On daily basis, at the beginning of his duty, to ensure that all equipments and vehicles are serviceable and clean according to the standards and correctly positioned in front of ramp offices.
  4. Assist in positioning equipments on the aircrafts while maintenance and clear the equipments on completion of aircraft maintenance.
  5. Assist in distribution and collection of all station mails, flying spanner and duty travel tickets and correspondences.

Controller – Taxation

  1. Assist in the understanding of various local tax regulations in on and off line stations and determine their applicability to the company.
  2. Analyzing the performance of associated companies and other investments and preparing reports on regular basis on issues and developments affecting these holdings.
  3. Identifying tax liabilities and problems and render advise on how to tackle these.
  4. Studying claims for payments for tax check whether these are in order and assist in filing tax returns with concerned tax authorities.
  5. Helping in identifying and analyzing options that may be available regarding the future of investments and assist in the negotiations with potential purchasers or sellers.

Staff Travel Officer

  1. Make reservations on both GF and Other airlines flights.
  2. Price rebate applications and issues tickets on Gulf Air and on other airlines according to the respective ticketing agreements.
  3. Process refund ticket request through STMS system and provide staff with reference code.
  4. Prepare daily sales and refund reports and maintain refund cash float of BD 3000/- and amend Staff Travel System accordingly.
  5. Issue/reissue MCOs and send PTAs and action incoming PTAs for Staff Travel.

Projects Engineer

  1. Receive details for all projects and renovation and refurbishment works from the line manager.
  2. Prepare schematic layouts for the projects confirming to the company branding concept.
  3. Prepare detailed drawings for the project once the preliminary drawings are approved.
  4. Supervise, guide, and control mechanical & electrical in-house and outsource team carrying out reactive, corrective, and proactive maintenance functions.
  5. Provide MEP or Civil consultation review against certain proposal submitted by Gulf Air Group client departments requesting for change inside their offices or business unit.
