• Supporting the Boutique Manager in the daily operations of a luxury Watch and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) environment.

• Assisting in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve high-value targets and maintain luxury service standards.

• Overseeing the security and inventory management of high-value stock, including daily counts and window rotations.

• Managing high-net-worth client relationships and hosting private viewing sessions within the boutique.

• Stepping in for the Boutique Manager during their absence to handle reporting, staff scheduling, and store performance reviews.

Fashion Retail Coordinator

• Acting as a liaison between the corporate office and retail stores to ensure consistent brand messaging and operational flow.
