Key Responsibilities DP World Dubai Jobs
MCV HR Manager
- Lead HR activities for MCV operations, covering workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and personnel administration.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with operational and technical teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels and timely deployment of personnel.
- Monitor compliance with employment policies, company procedures, and applicable maritime or local labour requirements.
- Support management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, retention initiatives, and workforce development while maintaining accurate personnel records.
Global Manager – Project Management – Logistics
- Direct global logistics project activities, coordinating resources, schedules, budgets, suppliers, and operational deliverables across multiple locations.
- Develop project execution plans and monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and performance against agreed objectives.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and external service providers to resolve delivery and project-execution challenges.
- Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements that enhance logistics efficiency, cost control, and service reliability.
Manager – Contract
- Manage the administration and commercial execution of contracts, ensuring contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and documentation are properly controlled.

- Coordinate with vessel crews, shipyards, contractors, classification societies, and technical suppliers to resolve engineering and maintenance issues.
- Review technical performance and expenditure, supporting reliability improvements, dry-docking activities, and compliance with applicable maritime standards.
Project Manager – Offshore Services
- Manage offshore service projects from planning and mobilization through execution and completion, ensuring operational, commercial, and safety objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate vessel resources, offshore personnel, equipment, subcontractors, schedules, and client requirements throughout project delivery.
- Monitor project costs, progress, risks, technical issues, and contractual deliverables, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Liaise with marine, engineering, HSE, logistics, procurement, and client teams to maintain safe and efficient offshore operations.
