• Process Safety & High-Risk Asset Integrity: Enforce strict adherence to Process Safety Management (PSM), API 650/653 tank inspection standards, and corporate HSE frameworks, maintaining robust control over Permit-to-Work (PTW) and emergency shutdown protocols.

• Operational Expenditure & Production Scheduling: Formulate and manage multi-million dirham operational budgets (OpEx/CapEx), aligning plant throughput capacities with strategic commercial fuel demands across the UAE.
