- Assist in daily operations within the lubricating oil and grease plant as directed by supervisors or charge hands.
- Operate and support filling lines, ensuring accurate and efficient product filling.
- Perform packing and storage activities, including labeling, stacking, and organizing finished goods.
- Support blending and production processes by preparing materials and assisting operators.
- Handle loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the receipt and inspection of raw materials, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow safety procedures to help minimize risks, accidents, and production losses.
- Participate in the implementation and adherence to the company’s Quality Management System.
- Work in shift schedules as required by operational needs.
- Comply with all company rules, policies, and procedures, including the Delegation of Authority Manual.
- Support team members and contribute to smooth workflow and productivity across all plant activities.
