Housekeeping Supervisor
- Minimum 5 years of Residential and commercial Building experience
- Aware of HK standards & methods,leaning supply monitoring, staff schedule preparation.
- Soft skills, BICS certification/training will be added advantage.
Civil Quantity Surveyor
- Up to 6-8 years in construction field contract and cost management
- Pre and post contract surveying activities, cost estimation, planning and procurement strategies, valuation report
Building In charge
- Minimum 6 years of Residential building experience, Manages PPM, Handles Housekeeping and MEP system and team.
- Aware of equipment such as Chiller, AHU, Pumps, Motors, valves/fittings air terminal devices etc
