The required qualifications shall be from Universities/ Institutions approved by Govtof India/ Govt of Kerala/ UGC/UPSC/AICTE/KTU/ICAR/PSC/Kerala University. Theexperience certificate shall be from reputed firms and in the prescribed format attestedattested by a concerned Enforcement Officer, Department of Labour, Govt of Kerala.In case if the experience certificate is issued by the Managing Directors of KCMMF /Regional Unions and the appropriate authorities of public sector units of Govt of Kerala / Govt of India; attestation of Enforcement Officer is not necessary.

Application fee for the post serially numbered (1) is Rs.1000/- and for the posts serially numbered (2), (3) & (5) is Rs.500/-. For applicants under SC/ST category,the application fee for the post serially numbered (1) is Rs.500/- and for the post serially numbered (2) to (5) is Rs.250/-, which is to be remitted online along with submission of the application.

The mode of selection process for the post of Technician in all categories will be basedbased on written and qualifying skill tests only. No interview will be conducted. The mode of selection process for all other posts except Technician will be based on written test, group discussion and interview. The minimum cut off marks for the written test for all categories will be 50%. There will be negative marks for wrong answers and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. The candidates who qualify in the written test for the post serially numbered (1), (4) & (5) shall be listed in the proportion of 1:5 (No. of Post : No. of Candidates) and only those candidates will be called for Group Discussion & Interview. The candidates who qualify in the written test for the post serially numbered (2) & (3) will be listed in the proportion of 1:1.5 (No. of Post : No. of Candidates) and only those candidates will be called for Practical Test / Skill Test, which shall be only of qualifying in nature.
