- Conduct personal visits, understands customer’s requirements and assesses his current situation to establish needs. This includes providing technical information in relation to product performance, features, options/ application versus pricing
- Negotiates optimum deals and sells vehicles at maximum margins to acquire and retain customers in the long-term and maximise company profit as per company polices
- Coordinates with the concerned department member to order the vehicle in a timely manner, if it is not readily available. This includes tracking and following up on the arrival of the vehicle and updating the customer on any delays
- Collect payments as per set deadlines to ensure payment is received on time and customer credit is minimised
Cashier:
- Meet and Greet customers at Counter / Lobby area, and thank them for their business
- Provide service to Retail and Commercial customers as per established ARIE standards
- Ensure optimal profit margins are maintained for transactions
- Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling opportunities to existing customers
- Handle Foreign Currency, Remittances, and other customer transactions as required by the Corporate or WPS customer or the Retail customer and as assigned by the Branch Management / department manager, with zero defects
- Ensure assigned work activities are carried out as per Company policies and procedures
Accountant:
- Closely monitor Billing cycle of various suppliers in line with the credit period and Statutory payables to initiate timely payments
- Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices against terms of payment and agreement and confirm that the correctness of invoices
- Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule and match the check with backup for review by the finance manager
- Reconcile vendors’ accounts on a periodic manner in order to avoid any disputes
- Respond to all payment related enquiries of vendors according to company financial policy and procedures
- Disburse employee related payment (salary, EOSB, etc.) in coordination with GHRD
