Vice President, Procurement

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Governance: Direct the enterprise-wide procurement architecture, category strategies, and vendor relationship management across major upstream, offshore, and downstream operating companies (OpCos).

• ICV (In-Country Value) Program Leadership: Enforce and maximize In-Country Value (ICV) contribution across all high-value EPC tenders, supplier awards, and strategic supplier alliance contracts in alignment with UAE national economic mandates.

• Commercial Risk & Contract Negotiations: Command high-stakes commercial negotiations for multi-billion dirham contracts, mitigating geopolitical supply chain exposures, price volatility, and operational delivery bottlenecks.

• Digital Procurement Transformation: Accelerate the deployment of AI-powered spend analytics, automated vendor prequalification frameworks, and digital supply chain tracking systems across group-wide operations.

Senior Engineer, Reservoir Management

• Dynamic Reservoir Simulation & Modeling: Construct, calibrate, and update high-resolution numerical reservoir simulation models to predict field performance, hydrocarbon recoveries, and pressure dynamics across complex carbonate formations.

• Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Strategy: Formulate and monitor chemical, gas injection, and CO2-EOR pilot schemes, aligning reservoir management with ADNOC’s carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) decarbonization targets.

• Depletion & Well Placement Planning: Partner with drilling, petrophysical, and production teams to optimize horizontal well trajectories, multi-zone completion designs, and infill drilling schedules to maximize field recovery factors.

• Reserves Estimation & Auditing: Conduct annual reserves evaluations and dynamic resource estimations in strict compliance with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE-PRMS) reporting standards.

Manager, Compliance

• Group Compliance Framework Execution: Oversee, audit, and enhance the group-wide compliance management system, ensuring business activities adhere to UAE statutory laws, international anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) codes, and trade sanctions.

• Ethics & Whistleblower Investigations: Lead sensitive internal compliance reviews, risk diagnostics, and independent investigations into reported breaches of the ADNOC Code of Conduct, authoring remediation briefs for the Audit Committee.

Accountant (Financial Planning & Analysis – FP&A)

• Corporate Budgeting & Performance Diagnostics: Build, consolidate, and analyze rolling annual operating expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) forecasts for assigned business units against long-term strategic plans.

• Cost Allocation & Variance Analysis: Track operational cost-center actuals against approved AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) baselines, preparing granular monthly variance commentary for senior finance leadership.

• Financial Modeling & Decision Support: Build integrated financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR) to evaluate project economics, asset divestments, and major capital investments in exploration and refining assets.

• Month-End Financial Integration: Partner with financial accounting teams to verify accurate cost accruals, depreciation runs, and cost-center allocations inside the central enterprise ERP system (SAP).

Specialist, Communications Strategy & Planning

• Integrated Communications Architecture: Formulate and execute multi-channel corporate communications roadmaps that advance ADNOC’s global positioning as a reliable, lower-carbon international energy provider.

• Executive Messaging & Thought Leadership: Draft high-impact keynote addresses, op-eds, briefing dossiers, and strategic announcements for executive leadership and international industry summits (ADIPEC, World Energy Congress).

• Strategic Campaign & Narrative Design: Plan integrated campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media highlighting key institutional milestones in AI deployment, sustainability, and international partnerships.

• Reputation & Media Crisis Governance: Monitor domestic and international media sentiment, coordinate rapid-response communication protocols, and maintain message alignment across all group operating subsidiaries.
