- To identify the customer requirements and actively promote parts sales among walk-in & fleet owners and develop new customers to improve the revenue.·
- Manage and achieve Spare parts, Batteries, Oil and Accessories sales target
- Ability to identify parts using electronic parts catalogue
- Arrange quotations, follow up for closing sales and coordinate with parts operations team for deliveries
- Communicate effectively by email/phone to customers and to internal team
- Support the workshop requirement’s as and when required
- Any other responsibility as required by the branch for smooth operations of parts
