Concordia DMCC careers department announced the recruitment notification for hiring candidates for the following job role;
- Fabric Technicians
- Possession of a technical certification in a relevant field, such as industrial textile manufacturing or textile engineering.
- Proven experience in performing GRP lamination.
- Strong knowledge of painting, carpentry and masonry work.
- Familiarity with FSI GO operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Painters
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and appropriate qualification in the field of painting, with a focus on the use of tools, materials, and techniques specific to this trade.
- Familiarity with a wide range of painting tools and materials, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other equipment commonly used in the industry.
- Practical experience with a variety of different types of paint, including oil paint, emulsion paint, enamel paint, bituminous paint, anti-corrosive paint, and other coatings.
- Demonstrated ability to mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications, ensuring consistent color and finish quality across a wide range of surfaces.
- Experience in removing old finish from surfaces using scrapers or chemical compounds, preparing surfaces for new paint or finish application.
