Customer Service Representatives
In order to apply for this job position in Speedaf UAE , candidates required to have the following eligibility criteria.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer call answering and deal with complaints and inquires.
- Pick up order assignment management.
- Assist in franchisees/delivery agent support
- Deal with Issue parcels and track and trace
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly delivery report to the customer.
- Handling email queries and communication.
- Update and exceptions on system on time.
