- Work in close coordination with EDIMDs on development of strategy statement and annual operating plan for the respective Business Segment as per the corporate guidelines

- Customer Strategy and Business Plan

Manager-Material Management

- Responsible to provide key user training for the module with documentation and test scripts.
Technical Services Lead
- Responsible for procurement of Dispensing Machines across Countries – Liaising with Sales team, Central purchase and vendors.
- Asset Tracking – Data compilation of purchase and movement of both machines,spare parts and fleet.

Manager – Value Realization & Service Management
- Provide the GBS Director to craft and execute against the overall vision & strategy for the GBS functions and form the internal and external-facing value narrator of GBS
- Leverage and make available all best in class frameworks and demand prioritization procedures working with PMO, GPO, GBS Director, and Outsourcing Service provider to set the proper value realization reporting standards .
- Analyze key trends, opportunities and challenges in the GBS and assist drive Innovation and differentiation in GBS across all Business Segments, locations and functions.

- Deliver topline and profit growth in line with company’s target
